From 9 AM - 4 PM Combine a 1h ride in the Sakkarah desert with a well deserved lunch in a community farm dedicated to the preservation of local agro-biodiversity and rural heritage. Program: - Pick up at 9 AM at your hotel - Drive to the stables, 20 min from Cairo - Meet your horse, get prepared - Ride in the desert - Come back to the stables, say goodbye to your horse - Drive to the eco-farm, 5 minutes from the stables - Visit the eco-farm - Take your time to walk around the farm & its animals (horses, donkeys, goats, cows, dogs, etc) - Discover the community kitchen - Meet the local female farmers who harvest and cook traditional recepees to preserve egyptian food heritage - Learn to make baladi bread in a traditional oven - Enjoy a delicious lunch in the garden made from the products of the farm - Drive back to your hotel at 4PM Included in the price: - transport from and to your hotel - riding excursion led by a professional monitor - tip for the grooms - riding helmet - bread making activity - Rich lunch composed of at least 7 local dishes Excluded: - soft drinks Children below 6 years-old are free of charge Price for lunch at the farm only (no horse riding): 40 EUR min. 2 participants
